About Matt Redman

I have been a Personal Trainer since 2010 and have transformed the lives of countless clients in this time. With a tertiary education in Exercise Science and Australian certification as a Level 2 Strength & Conditioning Coach, I possess the education and experience needed to provide the highest level of coaching to my clients. 

Since 2010, I have also been a High School Teacher and am nationally certified as a 'Highly Accomplished Teacher' - an advanced certification that less than 1% of teachers in Australia have attained. My experience as a teacher enables me to provide high quality education to my clients, delivering complex information regarding training and nutrition in a manner that is easy to understand.

In my coaching model, I utilise a three-pillar method to help clients achieve BIG results while finding balance between training, nutrition and lifestyle. When being coached by me, you will achieve your goals without having to sacrifice your social life or the foods you love. Better yet, I will teach you everything you need to know to stay in shape for the rest of your life!
