About Matt Redman

I have been a Personal Trainer since 2010 and have transformed the lives of countless clients in this time. With a tertiary education in Exercise Science and Australian certification as a Level 2 Strength & Conditioning Coach, I possess the education and experience needed to provide the highest level of coaching to my clients. 

I utilise a three-pillar method to help clients achieve BIG results while finding balance between training, nutrition and lifestyle. When being coached by me, you will achieve your goals without having to sacrifice the foods you love or your social life.
